Candy Corn Clowns

I was going to skip this one because I couldn't figure out what to do, but then my kid suggested a candyland circus and I thought that was brilliant, so we have Lord Licorice on the high wire, Queen Frostine riding a pepermint elephant, and a whole car full of Candy Corn Clowns.
