The water, the town, the forest are one.
Take a ferry through the mist, across the northern sea. Let the lighthouse guide you across the waves to the island with its cliffs and trees. Dock your boat upon the rocky shore and enter the harbor of Haven.
This is a town between two worlds. It sits between the water and the forest, where the churning surf holds unknowable danger and the forest holds innumerable secrets.
For this forest is home to magic. Its witches, its werewolves, its vampires are but the tip of the magical spear. This forest contains spirits of nature itself, creatures older than recorded time, roots that tangle the labyrinth of the fey.
So what does the harbor town of Haven offer a forest of magic and the supernatural?
Balance.
Like a lighthouse in the mist.
